Jeder Finisher des Ironman auf Hawaii liest bei seinem Einlauf einen Spruch, der im Laufe der Jahre zu einem Credo geworden ist. Sinngemäß lautet er: Du kannst alles schaffen, wenn Du es willst, Du musst es aber auch tun!

Ich glaube nicht, dass man alles schaffen kann, aber fast alles, wenn man es wirklich will und an sich glaubt.
Was auf Hawaii auf den Sport bezogen ist, gilt auch "im normalen Leben".
